Caviar Shows Its Galaxy Z Fold 3 & Z Flip 3 Variants Before Samsung
Caviar went ahead and announced its luxury, limited edition versions of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3, before Samsung even announced the two devices. The company also decided to feature both phones in a promo video that it published on YouTube.
Caviar decided to show off its Galaxy Z Fold 3 & Z Flip 3 variants before Samsung
This is a rather odd move by Caviar, but it is what it is. Samsung is set to officially announce both smartphones on August 11. They will launch alongside the Galaxy Watch 4, Watch 4 Classic, and Buds 2.
Now, what’s interesting is that Caviar’s variants of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 both have skulls on the back. The designs are actually different, but both of them can easily draw attention to themselves.
The Galaxy Z Flip 3 is more flashy, that’s for sure, due to the shiny silver pattern on the back, along with what seems to be two roses and a skull. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 is a bit more stealthy, though it does have an interesting pattern on the back as well.
Caviar named these two models the Galaxy Z Fold 3 Ragnarok, and the Galaxy Z Flip 3 Catrina Calavera. The Z Fold 3 features a “titanium body” with laser engravings, and a titanium skull inlaid with rubles and red flames.

The Galaxy Z Flip 3 Catrina Calavera features a tempered titanium body with 18K gold inlays, a hand-painted 18K white gold skull, and an 18K gold frame with inlaid emeralds, rubies, and sapphires.
Now, in regards to pricing. Both of these phones are immensely expensive. That’s not exactly surprising considering that Caviar releases luxury phones, with diamonds, rubies, gold, and so forth.
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 Ragnarok will set you back $10,770. Only 99 models will be produced. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 Catrina Calavera, on the other hand, will cost much more, $46,460. Only 20 models will be produced.
